Every Thursday at 8:00 am, we offer a fitness session with our fitness instructor Chris (60-minute session). It is a combination of strength training, balance exercises, stretching and mobility work. In fine weather, the session takes place in the Bichlhof garden; otherwise, it is held in our wellness area. If you do not have your own exercise mat, please let us know when you register at reception.
Please register at reception by Wednesday evening. €10.00 per person. Suitable for beginners as well as advanced participants.
Stretching
Through targeted stretching exercises, the shortened muscles are strengthened and stretched. Ideal as a conclusion after the body workout.
Back & spine gymnastics
To prevent or treat back problems. Targeted exercises strengthen the postural apparatus and promote the mobility of the spine. Ligaments, joints and intervertebral discs are relieved. Complaints can be alleviated.
