Bichlalm mountain cheese

What could be better than freshly baked farm bread and a piece of mountain cheese?
We think there can hardly be anything better, which is why we love our Bichlalm mountain cheese.The "famous" mountain cheese and Tilsiter have been produced on the Bichlalm since 1982. In summer, around 4,000 - 5,000 kg of cheese are produced directly on the mountain pasture.
