Dark chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 4 persons

150g melt chocolate
2 egg yolk
1 egg
1 tablespoon of "Creme de Cacao"
2 tablespoon sugar
1 sheet gelatin - soaked in cold water
250g whipped cream

Preperation:
Beat the egg yolk and the egg with sugar and "Creme de Cacao" over water vapor, press out the gelatin and stir with the mass. After that add the melt chocolate and the whipped cream. Put it into the fridge for 1 hour.
