1 cup of mascarino or mascarpone
2 eggs
100 g crystal sugar

Put the eggs and sugar together then heat it over the water and beat it – then stir it cold. Add the mascarino and beat it also a little bit. Soak the sponges in coffee-ron-vanilla sugar mixture and stack it in the form. One layer with soaked sponges and one with the mascarino mixture.
