Ingredients for 4 persons:
100 g dumpling bread
250 g grated alpine cheese
250 g chopped onion
Chopped parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg
Fry the chopped onion with some butter then add the other ingredients and flavor it with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Form small bread rolls and fry it in some clarified butter.
Serve it with soup or “Sauerkraut”.
