Tartar of the salmon trout

Ingredients for 4 persons

Tartar:
2 piece salmon trout without skin
1 onion finely choppled
peel of a lime, grated
salt, pepper
1 tablespoon chopped dill

The salmon trout finley sliced and mix with all the other ingredients. With salt and pepper fine taste.

Asparagus:
200g white asparagus, peeled
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
juice from a lime
salt, pepper

Slice the asparagus very fine and mix it with all the other ingredients.

Pesto:
1 small bunch chervil
0,1l olive oil
2 tablespoon pine nuts
2 tablespoon grated parmesan

Mix all ingredients together and taste the pesto with salt and pepper.
