The AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry)
apply at our establishment.
This means:
Cancellation of room reservation is 8 weeks prior to arrival date free of charge.
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival we charge 50% of the room rate and for shorter
cancellation time we charge 80% of the room rate (after consulting)
if for this time can not be resurfaced. If you arrive later or depart earlier, the cancellation fee is also 80% of the room rate.
In order to avoid unnecessary expense, we recommend booking a travel insurance.
The insurance premium of our partner, the European Cancellation insurance, is only 5 % of the booking! Included is not only cancellation and early return because of medical reasons, but also involuntary delay arrival and departure as well as helicopter search in case of distress in the mountains.
