Carrot- lemongrass soup

Ingredients for 4 persons

200g peeled carotts - roughly chopped
1 small onion
2 bars of lemongrass
1l chicken or vegetable soup
0,25l cream
0,125l Crème fraîche
salt, pepper, juice of lemon

Preperation:
Onions with the carrots and the bars of lemongrass sauté in butter. Pour in the broth and boil. Pull out the lemongrass and mix it with the cream and the Crème fraîche. Taste it with salt and pepper and a little bit with lime juice.
