Back- & backbone gymnastics
For preventing or to take care of back problems. Zum Vorbeugen oder Behandeln von Rückenproblemen. Specific exercises strenghtens the musculoskeletal system and support the mobility of the spine. Stripes, joints and spinal discs will be relieved. Complaints can be reduced.
